A Windmill terrain set consists three parts: a windmill, a small house and an awning for animals. The set can be used in different game systems as an impassible terrain that blocks a line of sight. It is better to use the Windmill as an objective point - high construction that is standing on a hill.
This kind of buildings dates from the 15th century and perfectly fits medieval or Modern Age (XVII-XIX) landscapes. It is also suitable for landscapes or dioramas of World War II. It’s compatible with 28 or 25 mm miniatures of 1/56 and 1/48 scale.
You can place miniatures inside the small house, because the design of the building allows you to open doors and a part of the wall.
Note that through the material of the model (cardboard) you can modify it or turn it to a ruined or a burned out building.
The model could be easily assembled without glue or scissors. It is provided with step-by-step instructions (they are language independent and full of pictures).
Together with this kit you also receive 8 flat cardboard miniatures (25 mm): a miller, miller’s wife and kids, a worker with a bogie, a man with a donkey, a boy with a cat, a knight on a horse and some villagers.
