Warrior with a Severed Head of an Enemy
40 mm miniature, metal, unpainted.
When a Celtic warrior killed his enemies he used to cut their heads off and nail them to his house’s wall. The Celts embalmed heads of the strongest enemies with a cedar oil. Severed heads were a symbol of strength and military prowess, and they were used in religious rituals.
