Shinobi. War of clans board game
Category: Board games
Tactical board game Shinobi. War of clans is dedicated to one of the brightest periods of Japanese history – an era of wars between clans. At this time the Land of the Rising Sun was split into dozens of principalities, ruled by the heads of noble samurai births. More than a hundred years the war between them continued to struggle for power and land, where the clans used all the resources available to them — from direct military aggression to covert sabotage.
In this board game players will take on the role of secret agents of the most powerful clans of feudal Japan. The aim of the game is supporting your clan with military advantage – the clan which will have the most troops by the end of the game is considered to be the winner.
“Shinobi” is an easy and fast card game for those who like to delude opponents and to reveal bluff. A game for three players challenges their deduction methods: at this case the main thing is to understand what clans had been left free and to use these clans skillfully. Playing four and, especially five people, you need to carefully monitor the situation on the table and count played cards; you won’t be able to become a leader just because your opponents didn’t see something. And, of course, in any case you should keep in secret what clan you’re playing for. Remember that at the critical moment you will be able to use the services of Shinobi – ninja warriors (the secret killers).
