Observation tower is a high tower with a small house attached to it. The building is raised above ground and it has cut-out arches, so it's possible to pass through it. There are very detailed premises inside the tower and a lot of stairs. This model can be used in different game systems as an impassable terrain (that blocks a line of sight) or as a part of diorama of the medieval town/village in compilation with other buildings. You can use the Observation tower also as an objective point – high construction on your game table.
You can place 15 mm miniatures (not 28 mm) inside the house because a roof or a part of the wall can be opened. And you can also use arcs on the ground floor as a cover.
